However, the weekend breaks of endless drinks, late nights and eating are great moments in time but never leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised. You return from a total high to feeling tired, sluggish and an urge to jump back on the health bandwagon.
We’ve searched tirelessly to find an alternative break for a group or individual that offers balance, wellbeing and ultimately a few days away to really “refill your cup of life.” We feel that we can offer the ideal solution, and this is why Athea Body was created.

Kelly-Jayne founded Athea Body in 2024 as an extension to her existing business platform, Athea Travel, that was established during the dark times of lockdown. She saw a growing need in today’s hectic world for people to take time to recuperate from their busy lives and benefit from a real “feel good” vacation.
Kelly-Jayne has a deep-rooted background in both sport and fitness having played tennis at county and national level, receiving a tennis scholarships to both Milfield School & High Point University, North Carolina as well as representing GB in Padel Tennis as part of her sporting resume. She has worked alongside various elite athletes and industry experts over the past few years which has really supported her passion to deliver bespoke retreats as she believes they offer the ideal balance; a retreat that will change the way you think about yourself and the way you do holidays moving forward…
